We at Allianz are aware of these risks and offer you an Employer Liability Insurance that is catered to your needs.
What is insured?
This insurance indemnifies the employer for all sums, which the employer shall become legally obligated to pay as compensation for an employee’s death or bodily injury arising out of and in the course of the employment.
General Exclusions:
Allianz can not accept any liability for employee’s death, injury or disease resulting from
- War, armed conflicts, terror
- Strike, riot, civil commotion or malicious acts
- Nuclear reaction, radioactive contamination
