This year, Guangdong supervisory of insurance industry paid more attention to the Motor insurance operation. Regulations and measures were published and implemented successively.
In June, CIRCGD released the Notification of Appraisal of Motor Claims Service in the first half year. AZCN ranked 1st among 18 P&C insurance companies in the first half year.
On 27th June 2009, The "Motor Claim Service Experience Date" was launched in Hero Plaza, Zhongshan Road.
This campaign was undertook by GAII. 20 insurance entities - including Allianz Guangzhou took part in it. CIRC GD required every insurer to establish an on-web system for customers to search the handling situation of motor claim early this year. The "Service Date" is somehow a testing of this on-web function. Every company was required to prepare a laptop for seeking the claim status on spot. It is a chance to setup an opening image in public for insurer to increase the reputation.
