Responsibilities
1. Register in charge product insurance policy.
2. To deliver different policies on time and accurately.
3. Monthly product declaration registration.
4. To file policy related documents by categories and keep them properly.
5. Customer (internal & external) services related tasks.
6. Pick up hotlines to handle customer compliant and enquiry.
Requirements
1. College degree or above.
2. At least one year working experience.
3. Good English speaking, writing & reading ability.
4. Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
5. Good team work spirit and willing to learn and work under pressure.
6. English and Chinese input 50 to 70 words per minutes.
