1. How to renew Personal Accident Insurance, Home Insurance, and Business Safe Insurance
Having received our Renewal Notice, you are expected to agree whether renew or not.
If agreed, you may have 2 optional operations: 1) Mail or fax back the renewal notice with the Insured and Proposer’s signature. Having received the signed-back renewal notice and confirmed the payment successfully transferred, we will issue policy immediately. 2) You are expected to directly contact the relative sales channels, such as bank or agent, and then pay premium by cash or TT. Having received the relevant documents submitted from sales channels, and confirmed the payment successfully transferred, we will issue policy immediately.

2. How to renew Industrial Insurance?
A: Having fixed renewal terms, we will assign relative Underwriter or Sales to contact you. We will issue policy thereafter quotation is confirmed and premium paid.
