2. How to Propose
A: Please download and carefully fill in Proposal Form, which can be mailed or faxed back to us. Then we estimate the risk on the basis of your answered questionnaire, and calculate premium accurately. During this period, you are expected to be inquired in details. Finally, you will decide whether accept payable premium and other terms or not. On receipt of your confirmation, and confirmed the payment successfully transferred, we will issue policy immediately.
3. How to pay insurance premium?
A: You can choose by Bank Transfer, Checque, or visit us individually to transfer by POS machine.
4. Is minor allowed to buy Allianz’s accident insurance?
A: No. The insured age of Allianz’s accident insurance is confined to 18-64.
